The Classic Vibe '70s P Bass evokes the style and feel of a classic era precision bass. Featuring a basswood body combined with a 1-piece maple neck, and carved into the ultra comfortable precision shape, this classic vibe bass gives you the true essense of the traditional 70's feel without the heafty pricetag. This includes Vintage style fret width, classic pickups, block inlays, vintage style tuners, a slightly wider nut width and a bass side thumb rest.

The smooth tone from the Squier '70s P bass comes from a Fender designed split single-coil precision bass pickup in the middle with simple volume and tone controls to get your preferred sound in the mix. The resulting tone is fat and warm with an aggressive mid range growl.
